WorkflowBot

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. The service

WorkflowBot is a private tool that schedules and publishes videos to social media accounts owned or managed by its operator, using the official APIs of each platform. Access is limited to accounts that have explicitly authorized the app.

2. Authorization

By connecting a TikTok or Instagram account, you authorize WorkflowBot to perform only the actions covered by the permissions you grant (for example, uploading a video you approved). You can revoke this authorization at any time in the platform's settings (in TikTok: Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services) or by emailing us.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content published to your account and for having the rights to it. You must follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time, and publishing may fail or be delayed.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
