WorkflowBot

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. Data we collect

When an account owner connects a TikTok or Instagram account, WorkflowBot receives from the platform: the OAuth access and refresh tokens, and basic profile information (account ID, username, display name). We also store the videos, captions and schedule that the owner approved for publishing, and the IDs returned by the platform after publishing.

2. How we use it

This data is used only to publish the videos the account owner approved, to show the publishing status, and to renew the authorization. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on private servers controlled by the operator, in Brazil. Tokens are kept in restricted configuration files and are never published or logged.

4. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept while the authorization is active. When you revoke access in the platform settings, or ask us by email, we delete the tokens and profile data within 30 days. Publishing records may be kept for operational history unless you request deletion.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Email edsondamacenawk@gmail.com.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
